If your new-build is in the middle of nowhere (for now) those startup costs get baked into additional taxes.
🏡HOA Fees: They vary!
No amenities? Under $100/month is typical.
Got a clubhouse, pool, or tennis courts? Expect it to be over $100/month.
🏗️Build Time: Are you able and willing to wait – even if it means delaying a move for a year?
🔍Rate Lock: Don’t get surprised by a closing interest rate that is much higher than the number you expected when you signed your contract.
